Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order where reasonably necessary, including where we suspect fraud, unauthorised resale, pricing errors, payment issues or other misuse of the Services.

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased:

• per person;

• per household;

• per customer account;

• per payment method;

• per billing or shipping address; or

• per order.

These restrictions may apply to orders that appear to have been placed by the same customer, household, business, reseller or distributor, including where multiple orders use the same account, payment method, billing address or shipping address.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, billing, shipping and account information and to promptly update that information where necessary.

If we change, limit or cancel an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the email address, billing information or other contact details provided at the time of purchase.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
